Reason-이유

V-느라고

Meaning- Used frequently when using negative results to state reasons, excuses and pretext.
                  (부정적 결과일 때 '이유, 변명, 핑계를 말할 때" 자주 쓰임

Examples:

• TV를 보느라고 전화를 받지 못했어요.

• 요즘 이사하느라고 정신이 없어요. 

• 숙제를 하느라고 중요한 약속을 잊어버렸다. 

Note:

• The subjects at the beginning and end of the sentence are the same.

          앞 문장과 뒤 문장의 주어가 같아야 한다.

                                →(내가) 숙제를 하느라고 (내가) 중요한 약속을 잊어버렸다.

• This grammar cannot be used with commands and requests.

•  The past tense form -았/었 cannot be used with -느라고
